Each new custom curated project is kicked off by creating a project profile that specifies detailed constraints on a number of levels to ensure each of our homes is constructed with quality finishes that are in budget.
Our software (and our designers) only suggests materials that meet your project-specific criteria. Including vendor, budget constraints, material standards, etc. And can calculate and track rolling budgets utilizing tile takeoffs or flooring measurements - all to keep the homeowner in budget and style. Our proprietary software program creates an efficient home specification process that allows for minimal errors in budgets and prevents errors.
No two homes are alike. When we meet with homeowners, we download their desires and minimize the legwork to complete sign-off within a few short meetings, giving the homeowner the personal attention they desire without slowing the process.
Within a few short weeks, we deliver a complete package, including negotiated pricing, so that your finished budget can be determined even before framing. No homeowner, no problem - spec homes are still individually designed and can be delivered even faster!
Our Archetype process allows the same high-level design but leverages the efficiencies that can be created by repeating floor plans and design concepts throughout a project. Using a similar rigorous approach, our team collaboratively develops a set number of design styles to appeal to a variety of tastes. The team also curates a fixed list of options and upgrades for each design style. This approach maintains consistency behind the sheetrock but gives the homeowner a highly designed home, customized for them.
Both of our design programs require a close partnership with our developer and their builders and subs. We proudly foster these relationships to provide continual improvements to our program and exploit new found efficiencies. We focus particular attention to detail on the construction details of these homes to create cost savings by minimizing errors and viewing design thru the lens of the subcontractor.
